Nutrafol vitamins actually do work, my dermatologist (who specializes in skin of color and was on Essence mag) recommended it, maybe 5 years ago and you do see a difference. The only downside is, it's expense for a bottle, you're supposed to take 4 pills a daily and they are horse pills, so I took them with my breakfast 2 and 2 so I can be done with it. True results for sure.. My natural hair is doing great and I've since given them a break as I don't like to take too many vitamins or anything being added to my body for long term.

you're always keeping yourself so clean It is a good habit! And I have nutrafol and I love it so far... my doctor recommended them to me. And they don't smell horrible or taste too bad so that is a big plus.
Be careful with nutrafol I took it for months my hair grew but my liver got super damaged from it. I ended up nauseous every night and I didn't get better until I stopped using it.
