    Wow ! Rinah people in Haiti cook the yellow corn meal they call it Mayi Moulin and the sauce is okra with whatever meat you mix with it. This whole meal looks typically Haitian. The sauce looks so yummy, I don't like the corn flour.

      In Italy and some countries in Europe they vook a very thin fine corn and they call it Polenta and in the U.S.A. we cook the white corn we call it Grits. Some people in the U.S.A. roll our fish in the yellow cornmeal to coat the fish then we eat it fried So Yummy. FOOD IS INTERNATIONAL .
