Alright, I’ve got $123k sitting pretty in my emergency fund, and I’m ready to dive into this investment game. But man, every time I watch these "bearish call" videos, it’s like a slap in the face-am I walking into a burning building here? Markets, headwinds, tailwinds... someone throw me a roadmap before I end up living off ramen.

I hear you! The markets can feel like a casino sometimes, but don’t sweat it too much. I had a financial advisor help me straighten things out-it’s worth it. They kept me from pulling a panic sell move back in the 2020 dip. Might be something to consider before going all-in.

Honestly, I’ve been on the same boat, trying to figure out the best way forward. An investment advisor sounds like the smart move, but where the heck do you even find one you can trust? Every other person out there seems like they’re selling snake oil.

There are a handful of CFAs. I’ve experimented with a few over the past years, but I’ve stuck with Linda Aretha Reeves for some years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s known in her field-look her up.

The thing is, if this is a bubble just about to burst, this must be the most anticipated and covered bubble in history. I mean it's been for more than 2 years that I've been reading and watching this kinds of warnings. However it's true that mass media is not specially talking about this, and also nowadays information and media like TH-cam and social networks provide such a quantity of content and such decentralized (as this vid for instance) that my first statement could be biased by that. The fact is, the correction will come, as naturally as leaves fall due to gravity. Despite all, I've been receiving warnings from a lot of different sources to the point that if the market collapses I won't be surprised. But boy I'm hell of invested in crypto now, .....I have managed to grow a nest egg of around $200k to a decent 7 figures in the space of a few months...Thanks to Francine Duguay insights, daily trade signals, and my dedication to learning, I've been increasing my daily earnings. thats the whole point. The average joe buys something he doesnt understand at a price he does not understand. Marketability is a mechanism that fuel bubbles and a high equity exposure of the common joe is what leads to systemic risk. So we have high marketability, high systemic risk, very high equity valuations and it will likely lead to a reflexive event in case of a market downturn in which a correction will lead to market participants driving earnings lower(through spending), which will in turn lead to further corrections and a repeat of this cycle...

The companies did not fire workers yet, they bought stock in fear of tariffs. Can that amount of stock sustain the company when tariff hit? They are definitely real, looking at Nvidia. 1 month - 5 year (US) yielding anywhere from 4.2-4.6 with 7 yielding 4.7 and the equity risk premium being negative relative to fixed income, it seems a little foolish to chase the highest valued equities at these valuations. It's unfortunate that we're not enjoying similar fixed rates here in Canada due to a house bubble-induced balance sheet recession not to mention a completely anti-business government here in Canada. Maybe that's soon to change?
If you're able to go digging, there are plenty of really solid companies in the US, Canada, Mexico, and parts of Europe that are trading below book and in some cases paying 4-6% dividends. Everyone's just looking at the equities that have been ripping for 2 years thinking that's the only game in town. It's not, there's value to be had.

Rosenberg just will not give up on his continual bearish calls now going on four years. Simply no credibility.

Not saying he's wrong but I'm struggling to recall when Rosenberg has ever been positive on the markets. Had I listened to him, I'd be a lot poorer now. Just sayin'.

I’ve had majority of my holdings in tech stocks and irrespective of market changes, I’ve done pretty well especially with apple’s P/E(price to earnings ratio) gaining over 30% this past decade, now my questions is what stocks do you think will be the next apple in terms of growth for the next decade.

It might be difficult finding the next apple within the tech stock sector, apple has performed way better than the others, maybe look outside of tech stocks.

Review your portfolio with a professional and don't make the same mistakes again. Diversify, as in your stock portfolio, and hopefully consult a professional. The key to building wealth is long term. I learned 30 years ago that you have to keep emotions (rookie) out of your investment decisions at all cost. Now, i've made over 800k in profits from my 350k investment.

There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘Aileen Gertrude Tippy’for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran a Google search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.

This man has been in the wrong side of the market (short equities, long bonds) for 3 years, yet he refuses to re-assess his analysis. Sorry, but that is not an analyst but an evangelist.

i was at my lowest point, drowning in bills and completely lost on how to move forward. i kept seeing people talk about manifestation and how they’d turned their lives around, but no matter what i tried, nothing worked. then i found Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane. chapter 3 hit me so hard-it was like reading about everything i was doing wrong. i started focusing on shifting my energy instead of obsessing over my problems, and things started to change. small things at first, like random discounts or finding money i didn’t know i had, but it kept growing. it’s crazy how things can turn around when you just understand the energy you’re putting out.
