It's the hug afterwards for me. Nelson can see the talent in him, but he's trying to get Jin out of his routines of flashy shit. Just feel it.
Dance is not about the moves at all, it's the expression. Listen to what the music is trying to say. Once you respect the music, you will feel more connected to it. If there is a generic dance battle, an amateur who really connects with the music would have way more depth/substance than the one who is doing a bunch of complex moves but saying nothing.

This video editing sucks. Often dancers are not fully in frame. Constant changing angles. Dancers obscured by other dancers. Couldn't enjoy at all
