Because of The sub-4 meter rule of government. Ford did not afford to lanch India specific car. Car cost rises because of this rule. Other factor is taxes on engine according to categorization.

Owner of Fors Fiesta 2008 model & I've driven many cars of other brands & a segment above cars but didn't find a match of my beast. In fact none of the cars came Close to what ford gave at that time.

Rarely do we come across a well informed car owner.
I am a ecosport owner but the pettiness of ford to skimp features by putting effort in disabling it is one of reason led to their downfall. Even for old ecosport lower model the flip key, they put effort to disable boot unlock button, when they can easily give that feature. I still love my ford but come on ford.

I am driving 2018 Facelift Titanium Diesel and I have Android phone... I have customised to my choice, I can watch videos while driving and have so many features enabled from testing mode. Owner is passionate like most Ecosportian... Cheers brother !

It's been 6 months I have bought an ecosport titanium diesel model and I have no regrets....The only thing I wasn't happy about is that with the company offers such a good engine and built quality, also too many fans of ford who doesn't want to switch on to other brands still the company went off..
