I added my professional email in the settings but do not see my name as a lead or contact on my dashboard after subscribing to my form to test things out. I guess there's something I'm missing out. You never showed how to actually send the email only how to set it up. where is the list of people your sending to? how do you add them to your campaign? only a test email to one person no email in to a list.
Hey Vince, sounds like you're familiar with "list" based email platforms, you'll notice most are now moving to "segmented" contacts. When you get a subscriber or new contact in your business, you'll want to segment them by tag. Then once you go to send out an email newsletter (also known as broadcast or blast) you can choose the subscribers based on tags and criteria as shown in 6:01.
How is Deliverability with System?? are the email getiing thrrough or hitting peoples spam box or junk mail?? have you checked?? love your system videos BTW!
Thanks! Appreciate the feedback 😁 and Yes, the email deliverability is great! They use a platform called Sendgrid which is known for email deliverability, plus you can use your own Sendgrid account if you want too. But it's much higher than a lot of other platforms.

The images should be mobile optimised when you add them, but you can always go to the email editor, then at the bottom is a viewport from desktop to mobile. Just switch them over to edit each one. And thanks for the feedback, appreciate it Pedro!
When you set up automatic ruls on system io you need a profesional email for automatic rasponder to your compaign? I use gmail and gmail is verifed but I can not send automatic mail with system io. Is this problem with g mail or I need a profesional e mail for system io that I can send automatic mail?

When using the workflow automation, I notice that at the end of my emails, there's an "Unsubcribe" or "Change Subscriber Settings" but when I click on those (for testing) they don't lead to anything but a broken page.. Would you happen to have a video that explains this? And is there a way to make the footer text look a little nicer? lol.
I don't have a video on specifically this unfortunately. In the settings tab, you have the ability to change the unsubscribe wording, and you also have an option to add in some additional code to customise your footer! If you're in the Funnel Scene course, there is a template in there, but I don't have a video for this, sorry!
Hey Phil When it comes to the settings when sending out an email the part that you were showing that what days of the week it could be sent out if that is on does that mean that single email will be sent out every day of that week or is that based on the day that the subscriber subscribes
If you select days of the week that email can be sent, it'll send only out on those days. If you choose weekdays only, and you''re subscriber subscribes on a weekend, it may not get sent until the weekday. I usually send it all days.
All of your contact will be in the contacts > contacts tab. If there is none, make sure the submit button on your Squeeze Page has "Send Form" or it won't keep the emails.
When sharing autoresponder series with other people with an account, Will the names and affiliate links be in the email autoresponder? Or does the person have to take them out and put their in each email 📨?

@@cs77smith67 You do realize as soon as the email clients receive a certain amount of emails that are the same with only names and links changed, they'll instantly flag them as spam, right? It's a terrible idea to share exact emails, instead, encourage people to take inspiration and write their own emails. No point even setting up emails if they're just going to end up in spam.
@@funnelscene in getresponse I have website code in each email 📧 and anyone with my code can put in any affiliate link website they want and our never go to spam folder 📁 because we all not using the same website even know we in same business but they can do it with 1 click. There is a free plan, and paid plans if you go over the free limits. Sounds like the amount of contacts you tried to import is higher than the 2000 you're allowed on the free plan.
Make sure on the opt-in form button, it has "Submit form" chosen. If you're still struggling, support will be your best bet as they can see your account and what's going wrong. Hope that helps
@@funnelscene thanks... with the help of their support, now it works. It was an order problem. The last in order email of the campaign was set to 0 minutes Delay and I changed it to 1 day Delay. Then went to the first email in order and changed it to 0 minutes delay.
It's a little hard to diagnose when I can't see what you've set up! The easiest way would be to ask the Systeme support, they're pretty quick. If your account is brand new too, sometimes they hold emails to be manually checked, to ensure they aren't breaking spam rules. If that is the case, it should only defer for about 1 day then work well. Hope that helps!
Yes, of course! So my website is www.funnelscene.com, so an appropriate email for me is hello@funnelscene.com. So if I enter in that email address as my sender email address, all of my emails will be sent from that email address.
Hey! That's completely normal, for the first few emails in your account, they will be deferred just to check you're not blatantly spamming everyone. After a few emails, it will be removed.

I do not mean this in a negative fashion, but for the sake of getting many more subscribers you might want to take this from a retired teacher with more than 40 years experience in Education.

No idea to be honest! The webinar functionality is pretty limited with Systeme.

Yes you do, you'll need to purchase a workspace I believe they call it so you can have 1x email address.

I saw a while back aurelian said you could, however, email deliverability will be terrible from gmail accounts

Everything I have done has pointed buying your own domain name from somewhere like Namecheap, Bluehost, Hostinger Hostgator etc
