I like thinking about the behind the scenes stuff. These are all real people, who've known each other for years, they're all friends and impulse and skizz have been doing the TH-cam thing as a team for a long time, they are very good friends. Surely he was a huge advocate for skizz being the new hermit. So impulse got one of his best friends into the server, died, and then immediately killed him. That's friendship right there

I like Skizz a lot, but Grian is a huge personality that is willing to take charge, and has lots of fun ideas. He was able to bring Hermitcraft together more with his events. The sweeping shot of the mountain while they were discussing where everyone is was probably my favourite part, it had such a fantastic vibe and felt very "we're building a village" in the best way possible. You managed to work in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs into a Minecraft episode. I had to learn that every time I did college courses, it was my nemesis, every damn time! Lecturers just can't resist putting it in the course. Well, now I've been taught it by Skizzleman the Minecrafter. This is a first!!! Well done!
So an idea for your pyramid-put things in each layer that align with the needs. So like the bottom layer would have farms and stuff, the security layer could be storage/armor display?, love and belonging could be a villager hall or have pets or something, and the top two levels can have trophies and significant items you collect throughout the season? Obv these could be adjusted and this might be your plan already just thing it would be a cool realization of the concept
It's also a great opportunity for collabs! Across the third, fourth, and fifth levels could be challenges/games/keepsakes from things with other hermits!
Skizz, please mention how Maslow was heavily inspired by what he learned living with Indigenous North Americans. So cool to see this stuff on Hermitcraft! You’re such a fantastic addition!
Please keep adding the less PG clips into your videos. Those are some of the funniest but most hermits cut them. It would definitely give people even more of a reason to watch your perspective from collabs. I’m excited to see what you do this season and all the antics that come with it.

You managed to work in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs into a Minecraft episode. I had to learn that every time I did college courses, it was my nemesis, every damn time! Lecturers just can't resist putting it in the course. Well, now I've been taught it by Skizzleman the Minecrafter. This is a first!!! Well done!
So an idea for your pyramid-put things in each layer that align with the needs. So like the bottom layer would have farms and stuff, the security layer could be storage/armor display?, love and belonging could be a villager hall or have pets or something, and the top two levels can have trophies and significant items you collect throughout the season? Obv these could be adjusted and this might be your plan already just thing it would be a cool realization of the concept
Great ideas, I am pretty sure he has exactly this approach in mind.
It's also a great opportunity for collabs! Across the third, fourth, and fifth levels could be challenges/games/keepsakes from things with other hermits!

Please keep adding the less PG clips into your videos. Those are some of the funniest but most hermits cut them. It would definitely give people even more of a reason to watch your perspective from collabs. I’m excited to see what you do this season and all the antics that come with it.

This feels like a very natural addition. Went through the people in Scars screenshot he postet half a day ago, saw Skizz and didn't even notice that he shouldn't have been there.
This makes me so happy. Hermitcraft needed some more silly guys like Skizz! He already gets along with the non life series hermits so well, like look at the chemistry with him and Beef! Here's to another great season, and to the season of the Skizzleman!
Always thought Skizz would make a perfect addition to Hermitcraft, as he shines in collaborations, the best reactions always come from this man. I've said so multiple times to my team during off topic meetings when we theorize on such things.

Secondly, the fact that GIGS (or I suppose with Joel and that little hint of Mumbo it would be...MIGGSS? SGGISM? MISS GG?) seems to be happening on the server makes me incredibly happy.
Skizz is such a great addition to the server; he has always been a Hermit in my mind I totally forgot he wasn't part of the crew all along.
I cannot even express how happy I am that you are now a Hermit. Not only are you a Hermit but this episode was shared in a watch party and we laughed until we cried. Poor Cleo sounded like she was going to die of laughter in the beginning. Your editing with Impy killing you and Tango popping in and out made me love you even more and I didn't know that was possible. Me and my bestie are Ride or Die Skizz fans and loved every second of this episode. That sound with the fish noteblock, wut, why Minecraft? Why did you make that a thing?
