That's the way it is in the sheet music, but I decided to play it a different way. I also switched hands at around 8:20, which is also different from the sheet music. For me this way felt more natural. But if you want to play it like the sheet music says that's fine too! Whatever fits better for you. As long as you can play the notes correctly it doesn't really matter to be honest.
Hi, sorry for the late reply. I think to convert dotted crotchet to normal crotchet you have to multiply it by x1.5, so it would be 90bpm. And then x2 for quaver, so it would be 180bpm.

The minuet in G is one of the old grade 1 violin pieces, I remember playing it when I was much younger doing an ABRSM exam
