Thanks for posting this! My daughter's Vostro was consistently shutting down due to overheating. Using your video, I was able to clean the fan and replace the thermal paste, and the computer is now running much cooler.
Got this as a work PC. But it had stuck CPU fan. This video helped alot to dismantle it. But now i have no idea how to put it back together lol. Guess im gonna just watch this video backwards.
I have Dell Vostro 3350 it won't charge over 25%. (Plugin not charging )it charges perfectly fine from 0 to 25%.i tried with two original chargers 65 watt and 90 watts.how to fix this

Looks much easier then it actually is. Had problems with prying keyboard, and I've bend it a bit. Hope I didn't damage it.

It is not a 3550 (15''). It's 3350 (13''), 3550's small brother.

Have you tried a new battery? They don't last more than a few years especially Dell
