Fish (Rohu): 500 gm
Mustard oil: 4-5 tablespoons
Chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
Green chilli: 15 nos.
Salt: as per taste
Fresh ginger: ½ inch
Cloves of garlic: 12 nos.
Water: 2½ glass of hot water
