- North Karnataka Ranjaka Chutney made from Fresh Red Chillies
Ingredients:
Fresh Red chilli - 250gm(cayenne pepper)
Lemon juice - 3tbsp
Garlic - 20-30 cloves
Salt - 1.5 tsp or to taste
Methi / fenugreek seeds - 1tsp
Cumin seeds /jeera - 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Curry leaves- 8-10
Hing/asefoetida - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3-4tbsp

Wow Ranjaka 👌👌i did my schooling in Dharwar n I used to enjoy the Ranjaka that my friends used to bring in their tiffins. I used to love it so much that my friends used to get it specially for me.
