I'm a firm believer that Mastemon didn't perform the way some people thought it might at nats because it's so much more complicated then pretty much every other deck and requires near perfect play. Going 11 rounds with it, near perfect the whole way through is a big task compared to other decks. The deck is very strong but most players will put the effort into something easier to pilot
