I think of my childhood friend Joe McCaffrey - he had a sore ankle during 8th grade football practice - turns out is was cancer and spread throughout his body. He never lived to see high school. I am sorry I did not go see him when he was sick - I think about him every football season - such a great athlete, funny person, and taken away too young! RIP Joey.

I had a really close call because of a heart attack. I was on my way out. The sounds had gone away, the lights dimmed to almost nothing, and I could no longer hear the dr's around me. I got lucky. Not knowing the circumstances of anyone else, but what I experienced was peacefulness. I hope when it is my time to go, that is the way it happens again. And I am sorry for your loss.
This song gives me the chills. Not long ago, one of my best friends, named Joseph, was in a bad car crash, and if he'd died, this would've been my thoughts exactly. All the what ifs, what could I have done to prevent it. As it is, I just thank God he's alive and mostly well, and still feel a bit guilty because the crash happened between our houses, after we'd hung out one day.
This song reminds me of my first love Joe..We was dateing and getting ready to go to my jr prom..We got into a fight one night and I didnt go out with him that night instead I went out with my friends to drag main street in the next town..He chased me several times and I wouldnt stop and talk to him..After heading home that night we ran into a wreck then my heart sank when I seen it was Joes truck..Luckily he escaped with minor injuries and we was still able to go to the prom w/ stitched lips.

I had a really close call because of a heart attack. I was on my way out. The sounds had gone away, the lights dimmed to almost nothing, and I could no longer hear the dr's around me. I got lucky. Not knowing the circumstances of anyone else, but what I experienced was peacefulness. I hope when it is my time to go, that is the way it happens again. And I am sorry for your loss.

This song gives me the chills. Not long ago, one of my best friends, named Joseph, was in a bad car crash, and if he'd died, this would've been my thoughts exactly. All the what ifs, what could I have done to prevent it. As it is, I just thank God he's alive and mostly well, and still feel a bit guilty because the crash happened between our houses, after we'd hung out one day.
I miss my old days when I hear this song. Full of country sense wanna go to Tennessee or Oklahoma.

This song reminds me of my first love Joe..We was dateing and getting ready to go to my jr prom..We got into a fight one night and I didnt go out with him that night instead I went out with my friends to drag main street in the next town..He chased me several times and I wouldnt stop and talk to him..After heading home that night we ran into a wreck then my heart sank when I seen it was Joes truck..Luckily he escaped with minor injuries and we was still able to go to the prom w/ stitched lips.
