    Sir maybe the opcode for memory reference register should be from 000-110 then only it can represent 6 unique operations...

      CPU execute hundreds of instructions but in our text book only few instructions are explained. To denote the instructions they have taken h.d notation. Every h.d digit represent 4 bits. Don't think too much. It's my advice
