Intamin need to increase there reliability, they lost cedar fair which is basically the worst park chain to loose, they must of made millions from dragster, maverick, MF, I305 and the other intamins at Cedar Fair, too bad there maintenance is too expensive and they dont have good reliability, B&M will be macks threat once they start installing more launch coasters, because B&M are still cheaper than mack, and have the same low maintenance high uptime record

For most rides, its to conserve space. For this one, its probably to give a cool mix of gforces. I've been on a few triple launch coasters, and imho the backwards launch is the best part.

I honestly thought the non-inverting loops is sorta disappointing because it would looked bettet it or was a regular loop. Also, is Intamin copying Mack restraints?
Looks cool overall but why not just have it launch at the correct speed in the first place instead of sending it back to just go through the loop? I don't really see how it adds anything with it going backwards and up the track just to go through the loop at the correct speed.
Let me explain the idea: By launching backwards up the 60m spike, you are experiencing awesome 0g-airtime eyes focussing the ground. If you would launch the train just straight forward into the loop this feature would be missing.
That non-inverting loop is way too drawn out at the top. They may as well have left it inverted for the hang time cause I don't see how you're going to get any airtime or laterals through the through the twist at the top.

The Intamin Blitz coaster on the other hand, like Maverick, Cheetah Hunt and Taron, it just uses a LSM launch system. Also the blitz model has really small trains, and the track type is different.
we dont know it either but i guess its because of the high speeds. so the track needs to be a bit more resilient of the forces that the train is making.

Wow, intamin are a changed manufacturer. They are definitely stepping up their game with the threat of Mack coming for them.
