Hello, this is a typical issue with the Forward or Reverse Clutch Pack. it is excessive wear on the friction discs of the clutch pack. If the oil is not milky you can improve his performance with a Gear Box Additive 'STP" or "Lucas". However, this is a symptom that the transmission should be repaired ASAP

The Forward Clutch Pack is out. The friction discs are gone
Hello. This is basically a wear friction discs on the FWD clutch pack. The solution is a full rebuild. Good Luck
