If you want to shows ads from other vendors like yllix and also from Adsense then do we need to modify the custom ads.txt file?

I opened my hostinger account went to website there manage option is not there what should I do now

Time lagta h bro, Google dubara crawl karega site ko then ye thik ho jayega.
Agar jyada time lag raha h then search console pe jakar, url inspection pe jakar apni site ka url dalo aur request index kro.
