I'm Brazilian, Portuguese is my first language, English 2nd, but Hebrew I'm learning, and for me it's very hard to understand the video, but I understood isolated phrases & words, but I'm trying to do my best to get fluence in Hebrew in 2 years.

Love you guys and will take these tips to heart and apply them. I learned a lot Hebrew words by listening to Ofra Haza's songs and although I can sing them with confidence, I still don't have the ability to have a conversation and to form sentences yet. I hope to learn soon. תודה רבה

Does the club have a lot of opportunities to speak with people? I want to practice my speaking skills as well.
We have a monthly zoom with our members.
You could also schedule meet up in our forum with other members and we are working for adding more features in the future that would give more options to speak.

I've been using Duolingo for about the same amount of time and I think it's great. My brain does not want to learn languages though. Maybe I'll be fluent in 20 years, or maybe never lol
I found dualingo very boring. Like these guys much better.
@@meirabalderas9193 I like Piece of Hebrew a lot too, but Duolingo is important for a foundation I think. Piece of Hebrew is a next level kind of thing I think.

The problem is the pronunciation of H sound😢
learn greetings, then the five ws....who what when where why andhow....then learn the to be, and to have verbs....and use numbers and diagrams for vocabulary and get out there and start using this basic information....
I believe this video is more about learning to speak more clearly; not how to speak

אהבתי את הביטוי ״נכון, לא נכון, חרטט בביטחון. אני מנתח במקצוע וזה הזכיר לי על כמה ביטוים שקשורים למקצוע שלי. בטחון עצמי הוא די חשוב למנתח. ביטוי אחד הוא wrong but strong, כלומר אם את מדבר שטויות לפחות תעשה את זה בלי התלבטות. השני הוא ״מנתח לא תמיד צודק אבל הוא אף פעם לא מתלבט״ a surgeon is not always right, but he is never in doubt. (ברור שזה חשוב להתלבט ולשקול עניינים ברצינות אם יש שאלות בזמן שאתה חושב על האבחנה או על הניתוח, אבל אחרי שחשבת וקיבלת החלטה ויש לך תוכנוית א, ב, ג ודל״ת לכל מקרה חירום, אז כשאתה כבר תוך כדי הניתוח אין לך זמן להתלבט. אתה חייב לבצע).

יש ספר של א.ב יהושע בשם השיבה מהודו- הוא מדבר שם על הבדלי האופי הדרושים לפנימאי וכירורג. הראשון צריך כל הזמן לשאול שאלות, לחקור, להתבלט. והשני צריך לחתוך(תרתי משמע) לקבל החלטה ולהתקדם.
