I always watch videos because of Trump, and not because of editing. Like his attitude and his effort to still be in HS community after all these years. Trump is so nice watch and chill . Trump and Kripp are legends. I am so glad that there are still here. Big up .
I’m glad that 90% of the comments are either pointing out the obvious or complaining about the quality. On topic to the video though, it’s still always fun to see Trump play his goofy decks and his personality is great. I don’t need edits to enjoy him as a content creator.
I really feel bad that tons of people here non stop mention Jens and editing, who cares about editing , Trump is there to show us what he think about the game and HS Cards. He is funny, he put effort - minimalistic , simple no flashy. I am glad for that. I am glad that Trump posting videos. I am also happy that there is still people that appreciate what he do. I really never cared about editing in his videos.
The Madman intro, the transitions, the quiet background music, everything msde Trump videos so awesome, Jen was really the best for Trump and without that flavor its basically just watching a stream vod :(

I wonder though, couldn't it be possible to simply hire Jens on a video-by-video basis? If Trump has a video he would like to upload, just hire Jens and pay him for the video?
I thought the issue was that Trump wasn't making enough on his videos to make it worthwhile for Jens. Not sure if doing it on a video-by-video basis would make it any different.
@@Dwhizzle It's a double-edged loop. If Trump doesn't make enough videos he won't amass enough of an audience and get enough views, thus not making it worthwhile to hire Jens, but he needs Jens' editing to give his vids the edge so that they attract an audience.
@@LordofBroccoli Unfortunately that's just not gonna happen - according to them, the Hearthstone videos have been operating at a loss for over a year now, and that was with Jens' editing. So continuing to lose money paying Jens for videos even though he's been doing so for about 7-8 years and it's been at a loss for over a year makes no sense, and it clearly isn't gonna hit the view count required these days.
@@TamsinV I would counter that by saying that it's been a year or two since Trump has really been full on into Hearthstone. He'll make a few videos when the expansion releases, then a few Arena vids, and then he disappears. It's possible the drop-off in views was because of that.

These videos are kinda painful to watch, basically better off watching on twitch. I’ll stop watching these for now and hope quality comes back at a later date. It’s been fun y’all.
I know an editor is a big investment, but these videos are unbearable to watch. I follow Trump because I'm not super invested in HS these days and he used to provide quick reviews and updates on newly announced cards. I'm not gonna watch twitch vods to get that info.
