I RAN ONE OF THESE FOR A COUNTY ROAD CREW IN KANSAS PUTTING IN BLADE PATCH AREAS BEFORE THEY APPLIED OIL AND SAND SEALING EVERY SUMMER IN THE 1980,S. A GREAT MACHINE, AND I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ONE TO BUYT LATELY.
Looking at maybe buying one to grade our private road. Does it do well on hard pack gravel? I’ve got about a half mile by 10 feet wide. Currently use a tractor with a land grader which does great, but it’s slow because there’s no down pressure and you have to work your way down below the potholes.
I have a big 1953 AD40 with the 471 Detroit It's still running today.. 🍷😎👌
Nice 👍
Can't wait to see you working her Andy,
Hope you guys have a great weekend👍🏻
Thanks, you have a good weekend too 👍

I see them around every once in a while 👍
I have the 1959 dd Allis Chalmers its great machine
My dad owned an earlier model with the round backbone, it was such a cool grader, it would do a lot of work for a little 4 cylinder.
Thats cool, they are an awesome smaller machine. 👍

That is amazing! They are a nice sized useful machine 👍
my dads had an old dimmer switch for a starter button.
That sounds exactly like some of my old farmalls have 👍
Looks great
Thanks Chris 👍

It's not the best with extreme hard pack, too much down pressure and it spins out. One with a scarifier would loosen it up.
Qual o peso bruto dessa máquina

👍👍...b series transplant perhaps?.🤔.. Or something else..nice old machine 👍👊
Hopefully it holds up a while and doesn't need a swap.
I have plenty of dead tractors that need swaps right now.
Thanks Elroy 👍

Nice grader! Mack doesn't even care haha
Thanks 👍
We had a model D 1949. It got the job done but not as nice of a machine as yours!
Nice. I really wish the differential was unlockable

The model D could push up a mound of dirt. A real work horse.
