WRuto is right here he is not only publishing it but stomping on it but after giving Raila Odinga a token 2 look the other way like he did 2 UKinyaata. Kenya is doomed.
The problem is the greedy corrupt legislators. Otherwise, Ruto reports to the people, not the other way around. He can be stopped.
