Hi. I'm from near the park. There are several options: (1) Take Tobu Line from Asakusa or Kitasenju Station to Tatebayashi Station, transfer to Sano Line, get off at Sano Station, and take JR Line to Ashikaga Flower Park Station. This is the cheapest way. (2) Take Tobu Line from Asakusa or Kitasenju Station to Ashikagashi Station and take a shuttle bus to the park. (3) Take JR Utsunomiya Line from major stations in Tokyo (e.g., Tokyo Station, Ueno Stn, Shingawa Stn, Shinjuku Stn, Shibuya Stn, Ikebukuro Stn, etc.) to Oyama Station, transfer to JR Ryomo Line and get off at Ashikaga Flower Park Station. This costs more (about 1,000 yen more or so) than option 1 or 2 above. If you search on Google Map, you can see these options.
