Rodney I just want to say thank you for being so involved in your comments, and filtering out spam and anything crude. I really enjoy scrolling down and seeing you reply to everyone's questions, that is something very unique to your channel! Thank you for well edited videos, high quality and most of all thank you for being Canadian!
Hey - thanks Jordan. I'm very fortunate to have an enthusiastic and kind audience. It means I can count on one hand the number of times I've had to filter out any rude. Hopefully it can stay that way. If more people like you continue to find us, I suspect it will. Cheers!
I've played Rise of the Runelords every night for the last month and am absolutely loving it and looking forward to completing the entire adventure. Can't wait for this.. but I will (help me).
Just got this game today, man, it is wonderful for solo play (played it by myself first) and also wonderful for cooperative game (invited some friends over after I finished playing solo). The rules are simple for new players, yet they have enough depth to make the game interesting for more seasoned players. Best game I've gotten in a while. I'm *very* pleased.
two questions, How do I build my character deck, do I just add random cards from the box so that it matches the amount I need or do I have to only have basic cards? and question two, will there be a future game bringing back your old built up characters?
So how would one bring his character over from RotR? Do I just bring them all beefed up and start the adventure path or must I reset his stats and deck over? Anyone know?
I am very happy to hear that the characters can cross between the two sets! More character combos for the original (as well as a new story path to play in, even with the original characters) is a great thing! I didn't realize it was ready for retail yet until I got my subscription e-mail. It was a nice surprise but gah, my friends and I are still not finished the original story set! We need to get off our rear ends! Haha
Just keep in mind that there is some very slight compatibility issues. There's no guns in Rise of the Runelords, for example. Beyond that, everything is fully compatible both ways.
@@WatchItPlayed lol Nope. We didn't even get to finish the original campaigns. Makes me sad. I did pick up the Core Set and have played through some of it. I like the new changes. Being doing it solo.
I wouldn't consider it limited... it may sit on the shelf and then later be played again as different characters etc. I consider the game fun enough to go through more than once.

Thanks guys. Wife and I haven't played in a while since we lost our Runelords set. Now we're caught up and ready to play.
+Gabriel Munoz A pleasure to share :)
Oh Thank God, they re-did the graphic design on the cards. Much more distinguishable than the prior color scheme.

Very nice to know you've been enjoying it Felipe!

I'm not sure the answers to these questions, you might want to direct them to Paizo.
***** thank you very much will look for Paizo :)
Just found this in a charity shop in near mint condition, for £5. Treasure hunt success.
that is a deal! I just bought it new for about 20 pound and still consider myself lucky

You restart characters when starting a new set.
Thanks for the reply!
Marvin Ramirez No trouble at all!

Just wondering what is the card size? Is it similar with MTG card?
Yes, the same.
PIRATES!!!!!!! SHIPS!!!!! Take my money now. Loving Rise of the Runelords and this looks to be an exciting follow up game.
Did you end up trying this one out Eric?

@@TheEricBooth Sometimes solo is the only way to be sure all the players will show up consistently :)
@@WatchItPlayed Truer words were never spoken.
Would be great to see you playing one or two of the S&S scenarios with your family, once the game comes out :) Love watching your gameplay vids.
Thanks Sky.
hey Rodney is the playmat available for sale or is it for the demo?
The playmat will be available for sale.
Should we assume that this has a limited shelf life like Rise of the Runelords? The fact that the Adventure decks come to an end?
I suspect it will follow a similar format.

game looks cool :b
