Those were beautiful mushrooms. Mushrooms are sponges.They absorb and intensify the flavor of whatever they’re cooked with. Slice them and sauté in butter or olive oil. Cook them with meats in sauces. Slice very thinly and add them to salads. They are delicious coated in dressing.
