I found this channel about Senator Lankford when I was searching a day in the life of senators since I aspire to be a senator one day! This guy is great!
Everytime I've seen interviews of Senator Lankford he comes across as an honest decent man, which is refreshing. I think he'd be a good candidate for President, though I would guess he's probably a very humble person that doesn't egotistically think of himself as the best person to serve the highest office in the land like everyone else who runs.

My memory of him is when he made my former air national guard wing the 137th stand in a hot hangar in the summer when it was over 100 degrees, the guy comes in makes a stump speech and sitting in this huge leather chair with a general. Then after his stump speech he leaves. Did I mention we had to wait nearly an hour for this guy to come to the hangar? He's a carpet bagger from Texas.
