Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Pickup on Fort Campbell Blvd - Clarksville, TN (2/16/24)

Update: The man has been identified by CPD as 58-year-old Larry Bland of Clarksville. According to CPD spokesperson Scott Beaubien, Mr. Bland was walking northbound in the continuous left turn lane and attempted to cross the street. This is when the Chevy struck him. No charges are expected towards the driver of the truck.

⚫️2/16/24: Fatal Pedestrian Crash⚫️
Clarksville, Tenn. - A man was struck and killed by a black Chevy Avalanche along Fort Campbell Boulevard. The crash was reported at approximately 7:16 p.m. in front of Family First Auto Sales. First responders declared the pedestrian dead on scene. Next of kin is still pending and his name will not be released at this time. No other information was made public.
