When death comes, వ్యానప్రాణం withdraws itself from respective tips as if soldiers serving at borders return back to centers. All these reach to కంఠం. The ముఖ్యప్రాణ then travels upwards to కంఠం at death. When mukhya prana arrives and merged with pradhana prana the death takes place. One who understands this overcomes death- this gyana is secret. The one with this knowledge leaves consciously. Others experience the pain like thousands of scorpions biting simultaneously. The dying man could not explain this pain. Also, please note that consideration to organ donation comes only when you feel the need and the pain that one experiences the suffering of others. Guruji on many occasions conveyed that "Giving" is spontaneous in nature and happens when a person has more than enough. I think We are on our own when it comes serving the needy and suffering...this is just my own feeling and not otherwise. Namaste
