The chill vibes, the format, the commentary, the quality... Advanced electric alteration bench is a must for bow/gun upgrade. 40% extra ore is A LOT! I usually make 3 plat/titanium picks with titanium, platinum and gold/copper bonus. Also some very nice upgrades to armor...

I highly recommend harvesting your farm more often even if you just delete the yield that you don't need. It's all about the seeds. Your material processor (or a normal mortar & pestle) can turn 15 seeds into 1 seed oil which acts as compost for biofuel without requiring tree sap. Save the trees! Edit: Oh, and you can place wire along an interior/glass/aluminum beam and then replace the beam with concrete or stone to hide the wire inside the beam. Edit 2: Well, I guess I'm just that guy now. I'm sorry. I just wanted to also note - don't neglect the workshop. For example, A +12 inventory slot backpack or even a +6 slot suit module can make a world of difference. Plus, you can call down workshop gear from the Orbital Exchange Interface board you can craft (Tier 2 blueprint) without having to leave your open world. You've done a few missions and might be able to afford something useful. Though they are adding a new "CONT4CT" device which does both missions and workshop requests, so check if that's already in the game by the time you read this. Again, I'm so sorry for multiple edits and borderline backseat gaming. I'm just loving this series, love this game, and wanted to share some of my 400 hrs of trial and error.
Great video again, the workshop is turning out great. I hopped on Icarus last weekend to show my son my base, and was instantly struck by lightning and my base burned down 😅 I've since upgraded it to stone and added a lightning rod. I had a false sense of security being surrounded by water so i never thought fire would reach me. I didnt even have the fire whacker tech or anything yet.
@@BlondeDon yeah so I've learned lol. Even the lightning rod hasn't helped too much. Was just upgrading my animal enclosure to stone as well and a lightning storm hit and struck the rod until it was destroyed then struck my enclosure and started burning it too. Luckily this time I had a firewhacker ready at least lol.
@@Deadships Really?! I haven't had any issues before or even after I put down the lightning rod (knock on wood). I also don't have any trees nearby so maybe that helps
@@BlondeDon yeah I was very surprised when I looked out the window and it was gone. It made it through multiple storms with no issues, but this particular storm was one of the worst I had seen so far. Maybe it was a glitch or something, I'm not really sure, but I made two more and keep one in storage as a back up in case it happens again lol. I've made a point to make sure it's durability was always at 100% and it always was, so it was strange to me that this time it just vanished from existence lol. I also don't have any trees nearby my base. I'm on a small section of land right above a waterfall on Olympus and have cleared all the trees on the other sides of the streams for resources and to be able to see all the dang bears.

Hope they reduce the amount of gold and copper wires for electronics, especially since most placeable require so many… or reduce the amount of electronics. Requiring 40 to 60 of them is ridiculous and boring to the gameplay.
Usually i skip intros and montages but not gonna lie that soundtrack and gameplay sound synchronization is a bop
