For example:
Mashed potatoes
Boil the well-washed potatoes with the peel. Peel them, mash, formula milk and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
Carrot/zucchini puree
Grate and boil 200 g of well-washed and cleaned carrots/zucchini. After pureeing them, add 5 g of cow's butter and formula milk.
A mixture of potato and pumpkin
Vegetables are boiled separately, putting 50 grams of pumpkin in sweetened water. Puree them together and add 30 ml of formula milk and 1/2 tsp. sugar.
Spinach puree
Wash 200 g of spinach leaves, let them boil for 10-15 minutes and puree. Add to them 1/2 tsp. sugar and 50 ml of formula milk. Then toast flour - 1 tbsp. and dilute it in 50 ml of liquid. Boil for about 2-3 minutes, mix with the spinach and after 1-2 minutes add 5 g of cow's butter to the finished mixture.
Carrot, potato and parsnip
Prepare 1 of each of the three products. Prepare the chopped vegetables by boiling them in homemade chicken stock. Then pass with the blender and add formula milk about 50 ml.
Potatoes, broccoli and carrots
Puree the vegetables. You can add 1-2 sprigs of parsley, and then 30 ml of formula milk. You can replace the broccoli with 2 roasted peppers.
Fruit purees
The fruits are washed, the skin is removed, boiled slightly, mashed with a little formula milk or natural yogurt.
Water, coconut water, fruit juices.

Cute how all the monkey will be wearing hats. Quan just fixed one for BiBi to wear. I think it's cute when they sit on mom and dads laps. Bon is such a laid back monkey. Khan really enjoys his pet. Monkeys look so old in the face close up. He wouldn't eat the banana at first, but I bet he'd suck on a bottle.😊 Everything is so peaceful and quiet at your home.
I like how you let him eat his food naturally. Bon wants to be cuddled, he's sleepy.
