Really surprised by the messy sealant, well done for filming, great look at Eriba! Disappointed that a seemingly esteemed brand like Hymer would be happy with the messy sealant at a trade show! :-) Best wishes
Shocked me too, otherwise Hymer had a fantastic presence this year, far, far better than I think I’ve ever seen before. Hope they’ll be back again at that scale, really brought something different to the show. Disappointed that nobody spotted that sealant mess though, especially the one right by the main door! Thanks for watching :)
I saw some messy sealant at the 23 oct nec show…you’d think they could design out visible sealant in this day and age…..i think some companies do…im sure i spotted some clever joins at the show..maybe clients in the hall are picking at the sealant whilst they wait to enjoy the sumptuous interiors..? We saw a folding table extension destroyed at the hinge at the show..
Indeed, was really noticeable (to my eye anyway, especially as one bit was right under the fancy new badge by the door!) hence it got filmed! I chatted with a U.K. dealership who were there (but not an official part of the stand team, hence they had no control over the standards on show) and they said they’d received a couple of new vans with similar escaped bits of excess mastic, which they’d cleaned up as part of their pre delivery checks to make sure it was perfect for the customer. It really wouldn’t have been difficult for the stand team to sort out would it, and even more important now these things have sailed way past £30k once sensible options have been added! Thanks for watching and commenting, Becky

Oh dear, some of the sealant is very untidy! If they are happy to put that on as a demo then what will they pass onto customer?

I was most impressed by the magic you used to film inside whilst seeing you standing outside....shades of Harry Potter
