This is what a comparison should be. You actually compared them side by side. Really appreciate it! Other TH-camrs just show videos and ask viewers what they thought. They are too scared to give a definitive answer.
The OnePlus 13 is not bad but just like the Oppo Find X8 Pro it is a real regression in terms of camera equipment, and for me, the Oppo Find X7 Ultra is still the best camera phone while waiting for the release of the Vivo X200 Ultra and the Oppo Find X8 Ultra. The iPhone 16 Pro, on the other hand, I really can't understand how people manage to put up with its super HDR rendering and its always orange colorimetry, but above all, I can't understand how people manage to claim that the iPhone has a rendering and colorimetry close to reality 🤔
Great comparison! Can you also add a section for camera quality on 3rd party apps, especially social media apps? It would be great to see since the quality of native camera apps are good enough in most phones but api integration and 3rd party apps processing can make a bigger difference in many cases.
@@amier909 Mostly limited vy the Android API so its bad equally. Just Samsung uses a new API. In general yeah interesting but something I refuse to add to the ranking because of relevancy and too much work for it to be added
What a comprehensive review!😎 I think one should do phone camera reviews like this. I am in shock that Chinese phones are beating Apple. Try including a social media camera test as well. Also, I need your suggestion: I have an iPhone 15 from my employer, i.e., for work. And I would need a good Android phone that can stay well for the next 2-3/4 years. Can you suggest any? I would be really grateful if I could receive an answer, and yes, I have already subscribed.
If you're looking for a killer deal I'd say get the 12. It's still an awesome device. Unbeatable performance for the price. But also If you pre-order the 13 early you can get some extra savings. And you'll be set for years. 👍
Currently have the oneplus 11, it is still going strong. Down to 95% battery health after using and abusing the crap out of the 100w supervooc charger brick. Is there a big enough difference for me to upgrade to the 13?
Iphone often brighten things up too much, but too bright image can be easily tuned down, especially on iphone with its higher dynamic range heif/jpgXL file type, while with dark images from oneplus 13 you can't do anything, lifting shadows from jpg is impossible.
Oneplus also has heif (literally using it on mine rn) also you can take raw photos on OnePlus which is even higher than heif. Raw photos have 4400x more color information than heif does.
@@Myemnhk Seriously? Why no reviewer says about it, for me it is crucial thing, well if that the case, then really happy to hear that, RAW is too tedious to work with on a phone, heif can be edited with phone standard app within a few seconds with good enough results.
@@PatrickWithCameraI don't know. You can google it if you don't believe me. I use heif to save storage space because i have tons of photos. You have to use pro mode to get raw so I don't often use it but it's still there. I have a oneplus 9 so theres no way the newer ones don't have it too.
I own Oneplus 12 ( 16gb 512gb) , Should i upgrade it to Oneplus 13 for Not curved display and Camera capabilities, Who has good camera capabilities? Which is Good telephoto - Oneplus 13's Sony LYT - 600 ( 50 mp ) or Oneplus 12 Omnivision OV64B which is 64 Mp. Should i upgrade it to Oneplus 13 from OnePlus 12 , Over-all? My Device is still at 99% battery health.
I can't see that it seems like iPhone is killing it in dynamic range and sharpness and not in the over processed way I want to like the OnePlus 13 and I will never buy the iPhone due to privacy issues but darn hopefully with GCam it can makeup some downside
From what I saw in all the TH-cam reviews, the Vivo x200 pro seems to have an overall significantly better camera than the iPhone: more accurate colors in all 3 cameras, better low-light performance, better portraits, significantly better zoom, significantly better macro shots, better portrait video also. iPhone might only be slightly better in some video areas.
@@vvvmmmyjThat is your subjective opinion. Most TH-cam comparisons show a completely different picture. Check the reviews from LL Techview, Through Jermaine's lens, Techmo, Night camera Battle from Versus (where telephoto is not even considered, yet Vivo still beats iPhone), Grant Likes Tech etc. Basically X200 Pro is significantly better than iPhone 16 Pro Max in most scenarios, even without zoom.

Wow. 16 pro is BAD. OnePlus does better with half the price lol. If you want an even better camera phone for even cheaper, buy x100 pro or x6 pro lol
Find x8 pro 😂 also
