You're very talented. I've been watching similar video's on drawing faces and notice everyone, so far, draws a similar concept of beauty. That's actually not too hard to draw. I'd like to see artists illustrate with "ordinary" faces, old/young, plain/average, faces similar to what we see everyday. Wrinkles, eye bags, wayward brows, neck rolls, uneven teeth, etc. The "character" actors of the art world.
Beauty is universal.
Everyone, if they're honest, understands that.

I m very much impressed in your drawings, I can see your passion in drawing, In a word I love it
Wow you make a lot of it seem so easy yet meticulous when it’s hard as hell in practice. My mind is also blown because of how well you are able to shade. Her face is already beautiful before but the shading makes her come to life and shine through. You make it look and sound so simple and this is coming from someone who has only ever been able to draw ugly stick figures.
My brain just isn’t equipped to look at a picture or a drawing and be able to just mimic all the features without tracing over the image let alone map out when where and how I’m supposed shade. I’m super duper impressed. Everyone always says that anyone can learn to draw but I’ve tried so hard many times and my art teachers just gave up on me every time. I’m horrible at math but I got better grades in those classes for reference lol.
Anyways my point is that you have a magical gift and the fact that you are sharing it and trying to teach us your talents on this platform is very admirable yet also makes me a little sad and greedy on your behalf because you could make a lot of money selling classes or charging a fee to see this yet you are sharing it for FREE!

Hi Emmy, in trying to help me learn from you, I took a piece of acetate, made a 1 inch grid on it, then made a 1 inch grid on white card stock, I aligned the grided acetate onto my computer screen, then placed a piece of tracing paper over the grided card stock, NOW i can see from your tutorial the distances from and in your drawing(s), this tool makes all the difference in 'seeing' what your drawing, i am hoping in time i won't need the grids as a drawing aid.

I literally used a cheap pencil for this because I'm broke basically, heh, but it still turned out pretty well done. And I actually like that you just showed the drawing and not speaking because I actually get confused when people talk and I can't focus.

i really love that you slowed it down some and said what pencils your using however no one ever says okay im now using h pencil or 2b or 3b or whatever its hard for us newbies to catch on sometimes telling us what your using and not saying where your using it is def not helpful today someone mentioned on their f pencil im like wait i dont have one lol so looking up what was equivelent to that was helpful but then i found out there was anothe 10 pencils i should have... just saying thanks for sharing your video either way

+Emmy Kalia Thanks for this slower version & the newer vids, ur artwork is brilliant. Small tips along the way will help make it a "how-to" vid; e.g. how the full iris never shows because of the eyelids, or using light & shade to show curvature of lips, or maybe tips about proportions. Good luck :)

Same for me. But don't worry I think it's possible...I drew almost like a realistic one.
you can use your finger or grip to blend and when you need a blending stump roll a rubber over the part
you can do it the materials do not create a great artist ;))
you can, I can so you can. it's just feeling your pen. it might sound weird but I think most pencil drawers can understand
use q-tips for blending and use black colored pencil and regular pencil for different shades. just don't go crazy with it.
You started out criticizing everything you were doing I hope for the future me the other I may see you draw you have let your confidence with it grow. I am a beginner so really IK it's hard.js. It looks great I am glad I found it and it helped me. Thank you

''A drawing video that takes more than 30 minutes'', and there am i sitting here amazed and hitting my head against the table for the fact that i need 12 freaking hours to draw a portret that isn't even remotly that good... I'm 23, i draw my whole life and i still draw potato faces... Kinda getting sick of it by now for not being able to progress with my skills, i'm stuck... :(

KazeRV , Just Experiment2x , try lot more practices, and have a video like this to follow like what im doin. And goodluck
KazeRV Try focussing on getting one technique down at a time. Spend a good amount of time just trying to master for e.g. drawing an eye, when you've mastered it then move on to the eyebrows etc. Instead of trying to do a whole project and being annoyed with the end result. Sometimes set smaller tasks and you'll get a much greater outcome. All the best 😁👍🏾
