fire in ct here mostly have red but we just got 3 new trucks and 2 ambulances with red blue and green. volunteer fire POV is strictly blue, fire chief is all red, EMT's can have green, white or both and police is all red/blue. That is how our department does it, I cant speak for other departments within the state
