I run the transfusion build for multiple reasons. Firstly, its very effective when falling back to bandage. Secondly, it has 2 charges so sometimes I pop it before I go in to put down the 2 clones and then I use sanguinate to retreat and then pop transfusion again. (Doesnt always succeed due to cc) Thirdly, you get more dmg from ur clones with both main hand essences for ravage. Little note: Sometimes when u feel like falling back, instead, spam some ravages. It might end up saving u, since ur own dmg will be higher than the clones. Nevertheless, cool vid bro. 😊
@SEABE4ST for this build depends what u wanna keep... transfusion is a must tho....negates need for resistance a BK upper hand over other classes ability to focus potency without suffering loss of anything

TBH I see this particularly build in video everywhere and I am a bit bored of it. :-D It does great damage, but it is kinda "hit and run" only and with low reso it does not work everytime. So I am experimenting with different skills and essences. I try the Umbral Lance with throwing spear stun essence on off-hand and others (shoulders +1 charge and main hand - increased damage the more you far from target). Not bad in combination with Tendrils of Blood (chest - pulls to you with stun and main hand - increased damage with stacking) and Mephitic Cloud (head - following toxic aura and legs - duration increased). And finally Sanguinate no essence. Downside is there is no space for Transfusion. For set items I use 4x Baron and 4x Banquet. Still trying to develop it and experimenting, but it kinda works I think and it is fun to play with it on BG. Let me know any suggestions if you want to. :-)
@@SEABE4ST I like Lance too best with new bat essence for bleed together lots of da,age I been using head for crit on whirling chest either heal on whirling or increase damage from sanguite.... with sanguite pants with bleed 3 charges of dash with ravage Mai hand off hand for bleeds with whirling dash or frost essence with endwinter gears and offhand for attack speed remember attack speed essences and urge don't stack only gems with either essence or 4 Pc urge so if I'm using 4 Pc urge I use Lance or wave of blood and if wave of blood I pair with chest for slow... really good paired with 4 Pc baron
