- Marinaleda is a village near Seville, Andalucía. An unusual 100% self-managed commune, where the economy is based on agriculture. Juan Manuel Sánchez Gordillo, mayor since 1979, and some of the commune members talk about how they live and work in Marinaleda.

sobre todo en los pueblos y aldeas

Why do only 2,500 people live in that socialist paradise?
because the subsidized money is limited, it's like Cuba in the 80s when they lived from the Soviet Union, easy life when you live with the money of others
Fr lmao all these retarded marxists not realizing that this place would crumble overnight without subsidies from rich capitalist regions
mate...they still have capitalism..that's why they have only 2700. if there was a different economic set, there would be more...and also all the cities would be organized in this way of functioning!
they don't live with other's money! where did you get that from? they work really hard but the profits are devided to the community, not staying in one guy's pockets!!
@@polocorni then you should study it in depth, it would be the first case of socialist success in the history of humanity.
@@bertu17 actually it would not be the first ...
as we speak right now, several examples exist in the world. even in the USA (the most ruthless capitalism system in the world) there are a few examples of bankrupt factories being taken over by its previously sacked workers.
to be honest, the only way for socialism to not be able to be established relies on the number of people that want to live in luxury, even if it means that all the others around them would have a hard time.
that's what happened to Russia, to n. Korea, China etc...they have been transfromed to fully capitalistic dictatorships..
@@polocorni capistalism = free market, any other concept is not capistalism
