It was HARD, so I totally felt your pain...because there were times when I wanted to throw stuff away, but then revisit it a few months later, and they worked (like you said, depends on the condition of the hair at the time of use - I'm doing better at washing now then before per my stylist directions since May). Happy New Year 😁.

You should write the date that you open the product on the bottom of it. Most of the products last 12 months, after that its not safe to used them. You could write with permanent marker!

I have an ENTIRE Ikea bookcase full of product!!! Every shelf, including on top! I have it sorted by function: gels/shampoo/ conditioner, leave-in, etc….I absolutely ***refuse*** to purchase anything else until this bookcase is empty! My son “shops” the bookcase too…So that helps!!! My hair tools (that I never use) are in a different location! Most have never even been opened! Handheld steamer, Dyson dryers (plural), etc…etc…I’m not bragging! I’m embarrassed! I’m “confessing my sins” #SendHelp!

I’m so late to watching this video but I feel like separating all the products by brand first then going through them for what you wanted to keep vs not would’ve made the process faster… but then again I’m only 6 minutes into the video 😂
My only issue is that I have a “plug” lol this guy has items that he buys in pallets and resells in his warehouse and on eBay. The only way I don’t buy hair products is just not to go because he has almost all of these same products and they’re either $1 or $2
Is this just a content creator's issue? I wonder if just the average natural out here in the real world has that kind of stash? Maybe they do, but it seems excessive for something that most people would do. That could be just my opinion because I'm very mininalistic with most things.
