It is totally true that a cabinet maker is only as good as his tools. In this video we watched a large shop with medium commercial sized tools and what it can do. I'd say at minimum buying used we saw 50k worth of power tools. Buying new 75-100k. SBA loans are still available but good luck qualifying. Just sayin
I am just looking at him smiling very softly the entire time before any of his projects knowing he will be perfect at it and at the end when it is master piece. I am a 50 years old woman with no background with woodworking but always have been a handy woman doing something around the house when at times my husband thinking and saying why I do what I do and it doesn’t make sense but at the end it is something he never thought I can do, I am lost with worlds and amazed by everything you do. It is like a therapy to watch you working with wood like you use a knife and cut the cheese. Respects to you sir

It's one of many funny titles of the character Pooh-Bah in Gilbert and Sullivan's _The Mikado._ He was also things like "Lord Chief Justice, Lord High Admiral, and "Lord High Everything Else". It's actually a mocking title for some self-important, pompous windbag. It's not a nice term, really. I suspect the one that wrote it didn't know it's a negative term.

An adjustment and a whole lot of cutting and playing with different blades to learn the kerf and fences ......and dont forget the editing of the hand finish work with chisels,blades, sanding etc to clean up the saw cuts.

I do a work woodworking study, and these things are the kind of things I want to learn, it's a different approach that is so much more fun and original. I love woodworking, and these techniques are so different from anything I've already learned. And the machinerys are just amazing (I want those too when I have my own woodworking workshop). Also, I've rarely worked with solide woods. It's all about sheet materials here these days🥴. I hope to learn so much of the techniques like these you use and use them myself as well. I genualy think all of us can learn so much from just watching these videos, at least I do. 🥰☺️ I look up to you and your work, you're an example for me now and a worthy woodworker 😎💪🏻⚒️🔩

How do you "lose" a radial arm saw?
A radial arm can make cuts safely, that other saws cannot. Great help.
The last radial arm saw i saw was up at Los Alamos national labs in the carpenter shop at core It was done away with for safety reasons .
