I know I already posted part of this on another of your videos but there is information in this video that is inaccurate so should be cleared up.
1. Block Blue Light has no warehouses outside of New Zealand.
2. To return a panel to them via UPS from USA will cost over $500 for the mid size panel so would be even more for a mega.
3. They ship from China
Bought the mid which was advertised as a "half body" panel. Got it and realized it was barely bigger than the Hooga desktop version I previously had so tried to return it. Was informed of the shipping address and realized I was screwed. I asked them if there's anything they could do if I upgraded to the mega, but they still refused to pay return shipping and said they had nowhere closer for me to ship to so I'm basically SoL! If you're in Australia or New Zealand, they may be a good company to go with, but I would avoid for people in the US!
How were you surprised buy the size of the panel? This is the actual most basic criteria to take into consideration when buying a light panel.
@@bonanzabrandon6877 as I said, it’s advertised as half body which is completely inaccurate. Yes, I should have looked at the measurements instead of taking their word for it. Lesson learned.

Bought the Platinum LED 450 in January based on your videos. I’m a short, small framed girl and the width almost covers shoulder to shoulder.
I don’t know if anyone else had this happen, but I’ve lost 5 pounds since starting RLT. Nothing else has changed. I still eat and workout the same as before.
Other things I’ve noticed… I’m not sore for days after a harder workout, my skin has gotten tighter and feels more smooth, and I’ve been in a better mood too.
Did you notice any fat loss in the face?
@@CaffeineDose No nothing in the face. But I’ve been using retinol religiously for over 2 years now. I also micro needle. I know both helped build up the collagen in my face because I’ve been taking pics on my whole 2 year journey. I use an online journal and am constantly taking pics and what products I’m using. In good clear lighting. My face 2 years ago vs now is freaking crazy. So crazy I might have to share on TH-cam one day. If the RLT starts to thin my face I will definitely see it. Im wondering if the increased ATP in the cells is boosting my metabolism.

Another thing I noticed … I’m not shedding as much hair. I have long hair and was shedding like crazy. I usually would have to Draino the tub every time I washed my hair (usually go 3-4 days between washing). Have not had to use draino at all for the past month. That is absolutely crazy to me. I have two bottles going untouched.
Downside… I see little patches of hair growing in where I had laser hair removal. 😂

I still wonder about e.g. those blue LEDs. I mean in other tests you showed us the limited radiance on our bodies of LEDs, they are pretty localized. Now the Biomax has just as a few blue LEDs, I wonder about the % of the body actually receiving those blue light rays? Does this actually do something?

It's coming, first week in May!
I opted for Plat.#900 because my primary focus is bone regeneration. Please discuss 1060nm. I suspect this penetrates bone better.
I actually think 810 is the best for deep penetration.
Hi Alex, I'm wondering about the 480NM and 1060 NM that are incorporated into the biomax models. What are those wavelengths beneficial for? I've been trying to find more info online, but haven't been successful.

Do the smaller versions of the same panels do the same thing effectively ? Just on a smaller surface area of the body?
Yes, smaller panels will work. You need to move the panel around to treat different areas.

How isn’t the placement of the very few blue light diods just a gimmick?
agree. do some research on photomedicine and it confirms benefits are derived through irradiation time and intensity and frequency levels. IMO PlatinumLED and similar companies adding more ranges are only under cutting the efficacy of the core wavelengths (660, 810 or 850)
@@MG-em9de exactly, and especially when adding four or six diods of blue light, where the blue light is supposed to kill skin surface bacteria, i.e. there is a need for more diods if one wants an effect, as there is no systemic effect
Totally agree, the inclusion of blue lights on the biomax is an absolute head scratcher? How did this get past the initial thought... Hey we'll add 3 blue lights, it's impossible they'll do anything as there's no where near enough power. Either bring a blue light panel out or incorporate properly into a panel like lightpathled have done brilliantly. Either that or take them out.
I will never buy from platinum Biomox. I ordered the 900 did not know they were back ordered when I checked. It was 6/21 the next time I checked, it had moved to 6/28 I emailed the ask them when I should get it that I needed it by6/21 and if I didn’t get it by then, I would probably have to cancel that. I did not give Bobby permission to cancel my order and the stand. I get an email stating my order have been canceled by Bobby so when I questioned why he did that and he did not have permission to cancel my order, I get banned from the company because I was aggravated because they canceled it without my permission anyone would be upset terrible business will not take accountability and acknowledge that they were wrong and canceling my order bad business practice

Maybe I am alone here, but the ultimate factor for me was the ability to actually get a panel in a reasonable time - which sold me on block blue light. I ordered the sauna panel months ago from platinum...shipping date keeps pushing out and i still do not have it. I refused to have the same thing happen with our wall panel. (The higher concentration of 810 was a close second).

I would love to see your opinion on the emr-tek devices.
They are smaller but have equal or even higher power and irradiance than the larger panels but the different look of the bigger lamps throws me.

I've just bought a hooga belt using your code. I'm new to relight and it looks like a great entry point at only cad$136 to test if it's worth to invest in the $1000 panel. It claims it offers 200mw/cm2. Looks strange as it's double of the expensive panels. Let's see. Bought for my knee and back pain

Oh bummer. It's funny some people say I have great skin. In fact - your comment is the first negative comment on my skin I've had in a while. I was at a dinner a week ago and a woman there randomly said 'gosh you have nice skin'.
Personally I have no idea what is bad or good. I'm not a skin guy.
I know I have some wrinkles, and I often look tired - but having 2 young kids - one with a medical condition - does age you quite fast!
I did have freckles as a kid, and these are still noticable which means my skin tone isn't pure.
And yeah, I never wear sunscreen but spend a lot of time outside. I I am going to start using it though.

He always quotes the prices based on using his discount codes! This way the comparison is legit in case his discount is higher with 1 company vs another to see what you’ll pay after all is said and done. So his code ALEX probably was for that ten percent dropping the price to what he advertised. The email deal may be stackable, may not be, but the base price likely hasn’t changed. Hope that helps!
