Um, I'm not sure why you say Buckeye is affordable but I purchased my home for close to 700k just off Watson. And 350? Maybe a 14 - 1500 sf home in a somewhat shady area. do you even live in Buckeye? I mean, some of what you say is true but Buckeye has become the place to live and people are catching on. Remember... we only have 100k people here so the cop-to-people ratio is that much better and makes it that much safer. Sundance is being completely revamped and you're right, that Costco is now also here. There's also plenty of land out here. Also, you say swimming in the hot summer months... sure, but keep in mind that even the pools are hot during the day. Best time to swim is early morning or night.
Hey Jo! I’ve lived in Az 25 years. Worked, play, and lived throughout the entire valley. Your comment about finding a home for 350,000 for 1500 ft.² is accurate. That’s all some people need my home is 1500 ft.² and it’s a perfect size for me and my boyfriend and eventually a child! Are pest an issue?
I really don’t think so. Spray every few months if it’s a concern. I don’t spray and never see bugs.

The west valley is 'Left' of Phoenix and the east valley is 'right' of Phoenix ONLY if one is facing NORTH. If one is facing SOUTH it will be the reverse of what you are stating.

Yes! I don't recommend AZ to anyone, maybe Flagstaff.
We have air conditioned homes with reasonable electric rates, A/c in cars, A/c in shops, and some of the best highways in the country.
