Around 93,000 Pakistani troops surrendered to the Indian Armed and Bangladeshi forces at the end of the war. पहले ये लगता था कि जब हमने इस युद्ध में पाकिस्तान को बुरी तरह हराया था तो हम पूरा कश्मीर वापस क्यों नहीं ले पाए लेकिन बाद में धीरे धीरे ये समझ में आया कि तब के हालात अलग थे और ऐसे में हमारे सैनिकों और सरकार ने जो कारनामा कर दिखाया वो बहुत बहुत बड़ी बात थी। हमे इस बात पर भी ध्यान देना होगा कि उस युद्ध में पूरा यूरोप,अरब और अमेरिका पाकिस्तान के साथ थे।

2 super important issues had been ignored in this excellent report. No 1, Moral victory was earned by MuktiBahini who were trained by Indian Army. MuktiBahini ensured "Free Tangail" for safe airdrop. No 2... Indian Army was only 6000, but they had company of millions of Local people's, basically why Pakistani's feared to fight against.
Overall that was victory of excellent strategy of Indian force.
