    I put a little dish soap in my drip tray after I clean it, it makes it so much easier to clean when I do clean it!

    Why do u folks being so obsessive about Latte "Art"? I give shit about that. It´s all about the taste. Coffe is not French Cuisine. Take a look at "Svensk husmanskost". Looks like shit, but tastes great if in hands of a great cook/chef or whatever we like to call it.

      Being able to craft latte art is a skill that every specialty café barista learns and strives for. It's about presentation for the customer and knowing that you're putting out a tight and high-quality product. It also shows that the person making your drink is making it with intention just for you.
      Taste is a given. If a barista can pour latte art, they most likely can dial in, steam milk, and do everything required to make every drink on the menu.
      In the home setting, pouring latte art is just...well...fun!
