Sir, please note in India as per NBC-2016 ( National building code ) Lightning protection system like ESE air terminal are banned because it's not scientifically proven to provide protection for radius of 50 meters or more .Also there is no backup from IEC - 62305 standards for ESE Air terminal.
True. It's better to go ahead as per IS code. There's a lot of controversy with ESE, cable down conductor and copper bonded earth rod (linked with cost). If you really care, do as per norms irrespective of the cost.

Note:- Check once the connection between 50mm copper wire and copper rod, I noticed that they give connection with aluminium leg, and bolts and nuts also please check. Please suggest if they used right material for connection between wire and copper rod.
