I was having a panic attack in my sleep. I was crying as it was hard to breathe as I sat on the rock at the bottom of the black sea. I saw J hope sitting next to me comforting me and wiping my tears with his thumb. I felt so safe and happy. I woke up the next day with a smile on my face.
