Very nice video and well explained. But what about if he's defending the armbar by grabbing his own sleeves and not just on top (my way to defend)? How you break it?
colin ignat you could kick the far arm, earthquake kick it, scoop the far shoulder with your feet and pull the far arm in to kill the grip or triangle your legs over the arm you're attacking for the bicep slicer.
