Open Tag my Hawk bill knives collection

Hello, This is an Open tag video show me your Hawkbill knives to : Paddy's Potato peelers. Thrifty Kanifty , Big Red EDC, Jersey knife guy, Warthogg , D's knives, Tobias Gibson and everyone else I forgot to mention no time limit show when you get a chance no hurry. The knives I show are Kissing Crane , Old bear pruning knife, Rough Ryder Green Micarta hawkbill, Rough Ryder Mushroom hunter knife , and GEC #47 Harvester brown textured micarta.

The mushroom knife is actually a birds beak or "tourne" knife. Hawkbills are for pruning and cutting roots, birds beaks are for pealing and processing vegetables which is why they're a good shape for mushrooms.
