I had a ferrari 458 speciale and mclaren liberty walk 650s and i spent all my money on maxing out my ferrari and then i noticed i did not have any stage 6 for the ferrari although i had 3 stage 6 for my mclaren.
I'd really see it as your choice, if you want save your fusion parts and if you do win the one:1 use your fusion parts on the car that best benefits you on using them, but that is if you can get yourself the One:1

I think it depends on your tuning, my 570S is faster than Shax's in acceloration but he beats me in speed, I only had 3 stage 6 upgrades, however I don't know about the F12 or the Huracan, if you can get a good Tune for shax's car maybe it can be as fast as the cars you provided

I beat shax accidentally with my 488 maxing out at 190 but lost to him at that high gear ratio right after because I was just testing how to beat him the first time with no stage 6 upgrades.
I beat Shax with the Berlinatta with no stage six upgrades! I was maxed out at stage five(697) and +237 fusion points, I ran a 12.443 which beat his 12.457.

I beat shad with my f12. I bought it from the dealership and I have 49/96 fusion parts and 2 stage 6. My F12 is at 703 and 649 on evo points. The way I got that much fusion parts is that I kept on playing the regulation races and I kept buying more F12s and stripping them

In the Rare imports in the bronze crates and you get a stage six upgrade (you get a FREE bronze crate every 4h) also with loyalty points by opening crates (get 10 points and you get a free Stage 6 Upgrade), and another place is the daily cup that shows up (service trial, tuning trial, one of those) that gives you Fusion Parts and a stage six upgrade when you complete it
