All plants come with single stem only. Let the stem to grow to 1.5 feet height, when the stem thickness reach 1 to 1.5 cm prune the stem above the grafted area. that will promote more branches. Have posted a pruning video, have a chk on it.

How long it takes for new branch to get mature for second pruning.
No dont do both in same time. always repot first and prune the plant 45 days after repotting, make sure new leaves have started to grow
