I just got my scooter yesterday. It's not the same model. It's a Phantom R1.Top speed 15.5mph. Picked it up for $200. It does well on the hills in my area. I'm only 143lbs.I like it! I actually wouldn't want to go faster.
Nice scooter, glad your daughter did not get hurt too bad. I know how it is when your daughter gets hurt, mine did a face plant and I felt so helpless. Kind of gets you in the gut. It looks like when she hit the bump she squeezed down on the throttle causing it to walk out from under. Re cable: It almost seems like the handlebar is maybe spun around or something. When I crashed with my Ecotric I had that problem. All of a sudden my cables were not right. Turns out when I went off the side, the handlebar spun around which put stress on the cables. Once I spun it back everything was great.
Yes, I was just talking with Dad about how I don’t like the throttle, I don’t have very big hands so I when I reach for the break I hit the throttle too.
Thank you Papa! That's it exactly! Hits you in the gut. I felt so bad and helpless. Why I generally hate riding on the sidewalk. They are always uneven and dangerous. We unfortunately didn't have a choice at that time due to all that high school traffic in the direction we were headed. We arrived in that area at the wrong time. Hind site I would have just had us turn around and go back down the bike path. Also I would have got her knee and elbow pads first too. I'm thinking about getting a thumb throttle like my MaxFun scooter has. I love that throttle it just works so good.
I've done this myself too. That is one thing on the Goat bikes and my MaxFun scooter. The Zero start feature. I got in the habit now of setting them to zero when I get off so they don't do that.
So proud of her she got back up and finished the ride. She was in a lot of pain by the time we got home. She’s got a nasty scrap on one her knee’s but she’s tough. She’ll be better soon!
Thanks for watching! It's pretty light compared to bigger scooters it only weighs like 43lbs and the handlebars fold down as well. It shouldn't be too hard.
It’s cool, but it’s a real pain. Hoping DJI will make a desktop app eventually. I like the remote more for starting and stopping the recordings on the camera and mic simultaneously. That’s its best feature.
I thought about doing that. I bent those holders and it pushed it closer to the wheel, but still don’t know if I trust it. The under side of the deck would catch the mud anyway.
It’s all good sweetie. I would have too! Proud of you. You got back up and finished the ride. You didn’t give up! Can’t wait for us to do another ride! After we get you some gear!
Yes! I've had a traumatic brain injury, where I had to relearn to walk properly :D. The bikes and scooters are helping me with my balance, which is why the smaller scooter is great for me! Thank you for the suggestion! :)

@@WyomingRider I have never used a thumb throttle, but seems like it may be easier is some cases.

My favorite part. She’s so dam funny. I would assume it had something to do with being raised by a couple smart 🫏🫏

You’re gonna have to buy her new shoes
Yep and some pads! Don’t want her getting hurt again.
I haven’t got my Speedometer thing to work because I’m not editing on my phone or my tablet. oh well waste of money

I’ve got a small e bike coming in from HOVSCO they have scooters so maybe they’ll send me one also 😊
Their little scooter looks good too. It’s pretty similar in design. Really good for quick runs to the store.
$499....Great price....not safe to ride that at night anyway.....
That tail light is super bright. Wish the headlight was that bright.
Remove the fender....

@@WyomingRider For sure! Moms taking me to the doctor later today, I've been in a lot of pain. Tried to drive today my knee gave me a lot of trouble.
@@raemurrain2778 Oh no! Hope it's nothing serious. Let me know if you need me to take you.
Her balance needs work, ahhh she needs a lot of work learning to ride that thing, maybe she should stick to a non motorized scooter .
