Hi there. Really sorry for the delay in replying, but I didn't notice your message until today.
Yes you can enable dark mode for chatbots in Voiceflow. However, it isn't done through the tool's interface, but by integrating CSS with the chatbot.
Actually my next video will be about CSS integration, so that might help, and I could do a future video on how customers/users can have control over the dark and light modes.
