Yes you can. I mention in the video that we can help those that would like to buy land without being on ground because a lot of people always ask if they have that option. For people that are on ground it is easier. You get to do the site visit and choose from the plot options available.

So Rwanda is incredibly beautiful, but the snakes. I've never lived with poisonous snakes. How would I manage living around this?

I encourage you to come to Rwanda and visit even just for a day or two. Your perspective about Africa will change. People don't live with snakes here. They live in safe neighborhoods and they live so comfortably. I know you will love it when you visit. It will give you a completely different image as opposed to what the media has fed you on. Come visit.

Is the land demarcated?..I'd like to see a map of the plots
All the land in Rwanda is demarcated and has land tittles(UPI codes) that one can verify with online from any part of the world. No seller in Rwanda can be allowed to sell land with missing land documents. The land sytem in Rwanda is very very organised.
It's strategically located
The location is what I would call perfect for that price. It in in Bugesera and just a few minutes drive away from the airport. You can walk to local markets, shops, a health centre facility, schools and so much more. A great great location. Along the Bugesera highway.
Will I be able to do my poultry farming in this area
These particular plots of lands are residential. We have farm land(agricultural) options that you can look at.

There's no limit to who can buy land in Rwanda. All foreigners are currently allowed to buy land in Rwanda.

It depends on the kind of house you are looking at building. These plots range from 300_370 square metres. For the most part, one can only build one big house and an extra small one.

Is it possible to send money while living abroad and get mutation transferred in my name without me having to be there?
Hello,
Yes you can purchase land without being on ground. That's what we are doing with most clients. Everything can be done without you being on ground. After you've made your payment, we shall then need you to start working on the Powers of Attorney. Once we have that sent here by you via mail the land tranfer to your names can be done without you being on ground. We get to send you the final land documents once the tranfer is completed.
